Payment Terms
A 50% non-refundable retainer is due upon contract signing
The remaining balance is due at 38 weeks of pregnancy or before the first postpartum visit
All hours must be utilized by the time the baby is 12 weeks old
A travel fee of $20 will be added to each shift when the distance is beyond my service radius
Additional Care
Additional care can be purchased at $40 per hour after the original hours have been used
Payment for additional care is due at the beginning of the week of service
1. Reach out
Start by filling out the contact form with your details and any initial questions. This helps me get to know your needs and preferences right from the start.
2. Connect
After I receive your form, I’ll reach out to schedule a time to meet. I’ll also send a helpful resource guide with some questions you might want to ask so you feel comfortable and prepared.
3. Getting to Know Each Other
During our meeting, we’ll have a chance to chat, get to know each other, and talk through any questions or concerns you have. This is our chance to see if we’re a good fit to work together!
4. Planning & Choosing the Right Package
When you decide to move forward, we’ll discuss the level of support you’ll need and pick the package that’s just right for you and your family’s situation.
5. Signing the Agreement
I’ll send you a contract and invoice for the package we’ve chosen. Once you’ve reviewed, signed, and submitted the deposit, everything is set!
6. Final Steps
After everything is finalized, we’ll schedule a postpartum planning session around 32-34 weeks to get everything ready for your little one’s arrival. I’m so excited to support you and your family during this special time!
